I'm not saying that this is a solution to mental illness, of course it's not! However, I think this is going to be a great tool for your mental health toolbox to take out whenever it's needed. When we are looking to treat our depression or anxiety it's so important to keep our minds open to a variety of strategies. I've mentioned this before in previous videos and I continue to stand by this approach. If we close our minds and think that there is only one solution or one path to follow, then we will end up with only a limited number of options in our recovery!
