TOP 10 FOODS TO IMPROVE MENTAL HEALTH I'm no expert, but these foods are delicious AND proven to reduce anxiety and depression. Of course there are a lot of other foods that can also improve mental health but I didn't want to make the video 17 hours. Know what the cool thing is about all of these foods? They're all vegan baby!! (minus the chocolate and eggs). I'd encourage you to research these foods further and see whether or not they're worth trying.
